Abstract
In the context of the rapid digitalization of enterprises, automation of IT project management is becoming a necessity, ensuring effective management and optimization of processes. It is important for businesses to identify and implement optimal ways to increase project management automation to adapt to rapidly changing market demands and ensure competitiveness in the digital age. This not only introduces new technological challenges, but also requires changes in corporate culture and management processes. Digitalization is a key trend in innovative development, which will have profound consequences for humanity, transforming relations between citizens, the state and business, and will also lead to changes in the structure of society and the economy. The rapid expansion of digital technologies is disrupting established models of production and trade, creating both opportunities and challenges for the sustainable development of businesses, countries and the world at large. The work calculates the IT Service digitalization index, which reflects the level of use of digital technologies, digitalization of business processes, digital skills of personnel, costs of implementation and use of digital technologies and cybersecurity. The study showed that the result obtained, equal to 0.7 at the end of 2023, was ensured by an increase in the values of three subindices: “Use of digital technologies”, “Costs of implementation and use of digital technologies” and “Digital skills of personnel”.
