INNOVATIVE APPROACHES TO ENTERPRISE HUMAN POTENTIAL MANAGEMENT: THE ROLE OF RECRUITMENT
Authors
Abstract
The article examines theoretical and applied aspects of implementing innovative approaches to enterprise human potential management, with a focus on recruitment as a key element of the personnel management system. The importance of analyzing human potential within the framework of strategic enterprise management is substantiated, as it enables the identification of existing constraints and reserves for improving the efficiency of its formation and utilization. The empirical part of the study was conducted on the basis of a food industry enterprise. To quantitatively assess the level of human potential development, an integrated index was used that includes indicators of income, skill level, age structure, professional experience, and educational attainment of employees. The results indicate an average level of human potential development, accompanied by certain structural imbalances. An analysis of the current management system revealed the predominance of administrative mechanisms that limit the formalization of personnel selection and development procedures. Special attention is given to the analysis of recruitment procedures as a key stage in the formation of human potential. The study identifies limitations associated with the use of traditional selection methods and insufficient standardization of interviewing practices. The necessity of improving recruitment technologies is substantiated in order to enhance the validity of personnel decisions and strengthen the sustainability of the enterprise’s personnel system.
