ABOUT THE JOURNAL
Scientific-technical journal Bulletin of the Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University named after academician M.S. Osimi (Bulletin of PITTU named after academician M.S. Osimi) was founded in 2016. Published in accordance with the law of the Republic of Tajikistan “On the press and mass media”. Registered with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan, certificate No. 0250/MD dated February 4, 2016 and No. 159/МJ dated august 8, 2020.
The journal publishes scientific articles in Russian, Tajik and English, based on the results of research in the field of computer and information technologies and management, energy, economic theory and economic management of countries and regions. The journal publishes articles by the professors and teaching staff, graduate students, doctoral students of the university, as well as other universities of the Tajikistan and other countries.
The main content of the publications are scientific articles. The journal publishes 4 issues per year and comes out with a frequency of at least 8 issues in 2 years. The name and content of the headings of the publication correspond to the branches of science and groups of specialties of scientists in accordance with the Approximate classifier of doctoral studies in the specialty of the Tajikistan, approved by the order of the Higher Attestation Commission under the President of the Republic of Tajikistan.The journal conducts a review of all articles submitted to the editorial office for the purpose of their peer review.
All reviewers are recognized experts in the subject of peer-reviewed materials and have relevant publications. The editors of the publication send copies of reviews or a reasoned refusal to the authors of the submitted materials. The publication is registered in the Russian Science Citation Index (RSCI) and provides the RSCI with information about published scientific articles in published issues. The contents of the journal are presented on the journal’s website, as well as in the Russian Science Citation Index (National electronic libraries eLIBRARY.RU). All materials are on the journal’s website in the public domain. The editorial board includes 7 doctors of sciences and 4 candidates of sciences from among scientific and scientific-pedagogical workers. All members of the editorial board are recognized experts in their field. Published scientific articles have bibliographic lists prepared in accordance with the rules of publication, keywords and annotations in Russian, Tajik and English. The journal has an international standard serial number (ISSN 2519-4062).
