Annotation
This article provides a feasibility study of using calcined clay for cement production. The possibilities of using aluminum production wastes as part of building cement are considered. The 15% additional of calcined clay to the composition of cement makes it possible to improve its physical, mechanical and chemical qualities. Particularly, cement-based products have a disadvantage, they are hygroscopic and can be destroyed as a result of freezing and thawing. The additive in the form of calcined clay in a certain proportion allows to eliminate this disadvantage and significantly improve the quality of cement. An economic assessment of the effect of introducing this technology into production was carried out. Considering that the Republic of Tajikistan is a leader in cement production output in the region and there is a prospect for an increase in aluminum production, the state can get tangible economic and environmental benefits.
