THE PROCESS OF INTRODUCING DIGITAL TECHNOLOGIES TO THE ECONOMY OF TAJIKISTAN

The article explores the evolution of the digitalization process and its impact on the economy and business sphere. It examines key concepts such as digitalization, digital economy, automation, and artificial intelligence, as well as their practical application in various fields. The author notes that digitalization significantly improves the efficiency of enterprises, optimizes business processes and improves the quality of services provided. Special attention is paid to the introduction of innovative technologies such as robotic process automation (RPA), intelligent automation using artificial intelligence, advanced analytics and big data analytics. These technologies enable faster decision-making and improved forecasting accuracy. In the context of the Republic of Tajikistan, the study focuses on the government's strategic initiatives on the digitalization of the economy: the establishment of the SPECA Center for Artificial Intelligence, the adoption of the Concept of Digital Economy, and the promotion of cashless payments. The author also offers recommendations for the effective implementation of digitalization and automation, including infrastructure development, staff training and the creation of incentives for innovative projects. The conclusion the article emphasizes that digitalization is a key element of modern development, necessary to increase the country's competitiveness in the international arena and improve the quality of life of the population.
