Annotation
The nature of the crisis state of a number of domestic enterprises and their effective anti-crisis management is determined. It is proved that the main causes of economic crises at enterprises are associated with inefficient management: the lack of an effective business strategy; low level of managerial skills of enterprise management; a low degree of responsibility of managers for economic and financial performance. Critical analysis of methods of crisis management and the possibility of their use in domestic practice is carried out. It is substantiated that in the Republic of Tajikistan the use of the Altman model has a high degree of reliability.
