INFORMATION MANAGEMENT SYSTEM: WAYS TO IMPROVE THE PAGE OF THE TEACHER IN THE DISTANCE EDUCATION SYSTEM

Annotation

 

 The article describes the basics of developing a management information system (IMS) at the Khujand Polytechnic Institute of Tajik Technical University and briefly describes its use. The following functions of the IMS are reflected: centralization, storage, systematization and processing of all data in one database of the university; providing the ability to collect and analyze information in real time; ensuring timely implementation the procedures of educational process management; operational supporting monitoring system of quality of education; organization of interactive cooperation between students, teachers and all services of the institute; organization of automation of reporting on the results of the educational process; ensuring simultaneous access of students and teachers to the results of the educational process and the resources of the electronic library in online mode. The possibilities of the portal of the distance education system, the main tables of the teacher’s interface, the structure of the database on the schedule of classes for the portal of the distance education system of the Khujand Polytechnic Institute of the Tajik Technical University (KPITTU) are described. Recommendations for improving the work of the teacher’s page during analyzing student progress and the quality of education, the quality of all types of tests and assignments through the information management system in the distance learning system are suggested.
