Annotation
The article discusses the main stages of the organization of the human resource management system of the university in the digital economy. It is provided analysis of the key functionality of complex software solutions for human resource management, as well as the possibility of cloud services for the automation of individual personnel management. A comparative analysis of the functionality of ready-made solutions of foreign and Russian developers is conducted and the main functions of the human resource management system of the university are analyzed. It is noted that in the context of the development of the digital economy and the introduction of innovative solutions for the management of various business processes, the introduction of human resource management systems at the university becomes the most relevant to reduce current costs. The current level of development of information and communication technologies, the availability of the Internet make it possible to automate the collection, storage and processing of data from potential and current employees, provide performance assessment and provide constant access to training materials to improve the skills of employees. In conclusion, the stages of creation and implementation of automated personnel management systems are recommended, which include: determining the goal of process automation; development of the main functions of the automation system; definition of the software product category; selection of a software product taking into account the purpose of the project; implementation and maintenance of the system, which should be controlled by the personnel manager and the IT manager of the organization.
